Products being sent to SPINS IX-ONE for first-time capture or re-capture must be submitted through the official Product Load Form. Using the current form helps ensure a smooth studio check-in and reduces the risk of capture delays.
After your Product Load Form is submitted and reviewed, you will receive a follow-up email with shipping authorization and detailed shipping instructions.
Please do not ship products to the studio until you have received shipping authorization.
