Product being sent to IX-ONE for first time capture or re-capture (if your product has changed) requires use of our official load form that is kept current and updated here: Product Load Form. This is necessary to ensure a smooth check-in at our studio and to avoid capture delays or product loss for you, our valued Member.
Once the authorized Load Form found Professional Capture Services center is submitted a follow up email with shipping authorization and detailed instructions will be sent to you. The Product Load Resource Center also contains more details with FAQ’s about completing the form as well as best shipping practices.
