I have been contacted by one of our retailers/distributors asking for me to submit my products to for IX-ONE certified professional capture services. We’ve migrated to RIVIR. Are they now pulling from RIVIR?
At this time, our Retailer and Distributor partners have not yet transitioned to obtaining content directly from RIVIR. For now, they are directly obtaining content from IX-ONE, which flows into RIVIR upon capture completion for you to access. (Link to capture info page)
What are “Unmatched” products and how do I fix it?
“Unmatched” products are products that are found in our system that are Active, but do not match to the minimum requirements. They do not affect the ability of our Retailer or Distributor partners from seeing or accessing the item’s content. We are currently developing an update which will simplify this tag.
