The Data Council is an image and data service provider. The IX-ONE Exchange is the single-source solution platform, where distributor and retailer partners can access supplier images and data for marketing initiatives, planograms, category management, space planning, publications, e-commerce, supply chain, and warehouse operations. Our partners have access to GS1 compliant images, +1000 data points for each of your products – all available for easy download. Our service is a critical process to bringing product images and attributes to life within many systems throughout the industry. Some partner names you may recognize are Whole Foods, KeHE, New Seasons, Fresh Thyme, Sprouts, UNFI and many more.
YES – Our commitment to our mutual trade partners is that we will weigh, measure, image, collect and verify all data to live retail ready product through our Professional Capture Services. It is important that you send a full master case for each item as we provide images and data for all package levels. The Professional Capture process will be completed at all selling levels of the product (unit, inner pack or shelf caddy, and case).

Product being sent in for first time capture or updates through recapture requires submission of a Product Upload Form. This is necessary to ensure a smooth check-in at our studio and avoid product loss for you, our valued Member. Please click HERE to download the form using the green button. If there are any columns that do not pertain to your products, you can leave those blank. You will SUBMIT your completed Product Load Form using the blue button HERE. Once submitted, a follow up email with shipping authorization and detailed instructions will then be sent.

that will represent your brand on Data Council’s IX-ONE Exchange to our mutual
